Laura Beerits receives COE Outstanding Teacher of First-Year Engineering Students Award

Assistant Teaching Professor of English Laura Beerits was selected to receive the College of Engineering (COE) Outstanding Teacher of First-Year Engineering Students Award. Awardees are chosen from departments who teach COE first-year students. Professor Beerits received the award for her teaching in First-Year Writing courses. She will be honored with other 2019 College of Engineering Outstanding FY Teachers at an awards ceremony on Monday, April 29 at 9:30 am in the Curry Student Center Ballroom.
