Martha Davis on Preserving Abortion Access

A recent News @ Northeastern article features WGSS affiliated faculty and university distinguished professor of law, Martha Davis on the recently passed proposal in Vermont that would protect abortion access in its state constitution. With Roe v. Wade being threatened in the supreme court, Martha Davis says it’s “completely expected” for the states to put in their own protections.
