The Boston Globe published an article that focused on the term “misogynoir,” which was coined by Moya Bailey (Assistant Professor of Africana Studies and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies), in regard to how Kamala Harris has been treated throughout the election. The article credits Bailey for her term, while addressing how Harris has combated misogynoir.
