Prof. Laura Kuhl and PhD Candidate Alaina Boyle have published two policy briefs with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) ahead of Latin America and the Caribbean Climate Week.
Nature-based Solutions have the potential to play an important role in the economic recovery of Latin America and the Caribbean. These policy briefs explore the economic case for investments in Nature-based Solutions, focusing on the contributions to a) jobs, livelihoods, and incomes and b) market resilience and food sovereignty, drawing on the experience of UNDP’s adaptation and biodiversity portfolio in the region.
