Globalization facilitates more expansive connections between human beings, goods and services, capital, cultural practices, political institutions, and social movements across wider geographies. Centering a perspective of global justice, we recognize that globalization can exacerbate inequalities across populations and places, and thus emphasize the institutions, practices, movements, and ethics that can reduce disparities and promote equity.
