The National Science Foundation, Social, Behavioral and Economic Division, awarded a grant to Dr. Laura Senier (Principal Investigator), Dr. Sharon Harlan (Co-PI) and Martha Davis (Co-PI, NU School of Law) to study “Water Unaffordability in the United States: Using Principles of Organizational Learning to Understand Municipal Capacity to Safeguard Water Access.” This study is a continuation of a 2019 Tier 1 grant for this group of investigators and Population Health PhD candidate, Mariana Sarango.
