Florian P. Ederer is the Allen and Kelli Questrom Professor in Markets, Public Policy & Law at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business Boston University. He is also an NBER research associate, CEPR fellow, and ECGI research member, and serves on the Steering Committee for CEPR’s Competition Policy Research and Policy Network Boston University. Professor Ederer’s research focuses on innovation, competition policy, antitrust, and corporate governance, with a particular emphasis on the role of common ownership in markets
