PhD candidate Kyle Oddis has co-published an article titled “A Framework for Analyzing Features of Writing Curriculum in Studies of Student Writing Achievement” in Volume 6, 2022 of The Journal of Writing Analytics. The article “demonstrates how identifying and analyzing features of writing curriculum can provide dimensions of local context not captured in analysis of student-generated texts alone.” The article argues that these insights can be applied towards future research to generate more comprehensive understandings of student writing achievement.
