Building the Future Together: Policy School Launches New Hub for Collaborative Impact
The Policy Innovation Hub (PIH), co-directed by Profs. Dan O’Brien and Kimberly Lucas, hosted a launch event that brought together approximately 90 students, faculty, staff, and community members to celebrate the new Hub and learn about the six centers within the Policy School.
Dean Kellee Tsai hosted two panel discussions: the first, with Ann M. Walsh, Kimberly D. Lucas, and Silvia Prina, explored local people-centered scholarship within the School; the second, featuring Mai’a K. Davis Cross, Matthew Eckelman, and Rebecca Riccio, turned the conversation to global people-centered scholarship. Attendees also learned about PIH’s five-year strategic plan and vision for a future where policy innovation emerges through shared learning, meaningful partnership, and public engagement.
