Policy School Associate Director for Academic Operations Michele Rosenthal–together with fellow Staff Engagement Task Force colleagues Judith Jenkins, Kathleen Perry, Louis Green, Meghan Elliott, Mike Farah, Mika Morikawa-Zhou, Shakyra Antoine, Katie Thorp, and Shannon Usher—was honored with the 2025 Staff Team Award at the annual CSSH Faculty and Staff Celebration on April 1. The Staff Engagement Task Force won this year’s award for demonstrating exceptional collaboration, innovation, and dedication while producing a comprehensive report on various initiatives designed to enhance staff engagement. Their outstanding contributions will have a long-term, significant impact on all staff members, fostering a positive and impactful learning and working environment.
