Town of Erwin (NY) - Director of Planning and Economic Development

The Town of Erwin, NY, is excited to announce the opening for the position of Director of Planning and Economic Development. Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee planning, zoning, and community development.

– Coordinate with town boards, applicants, and the Town Engineer.

– Manage the Code Enforcement Department and public communications thereof.

– Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

– Advanced degree in Planning, Environmental Studies, Architecture, Engineering, or a closely related field.

– Professional experience in municipal, community, or regional planning.

– Strong organizational, communication skills, and proficiency in computer software.

The Salary Range is $85,000-$95,000.
