Miranda Dotson has co-written a report on the experiences of working moms in the U.S. during the COVID-19 pandemic, with policy recommendations for employers to improve equity for mothers and parents in the workplace and retain talent in the midst of a large-scale exodus from the workforce. The report, “Surviving Pandemic Motherhood: Stories & Statistics from the Third Year of Pandemic Parenting in America,” has been published by Kuli Kuli, Sylvatex, and Uncommon Cacao, three mom-led social enterprise companies.
